Osvaldo Fernández Rodríguez (born November 4, 1968 in Holguín, Cuba) is a former Cuban professional baseball player who pitched in the Major Leagues from 1996-1997 and 2000-2001. He was a member of the Cuban baseball team which won a gold medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain. On July 29, 1995, Fernández defected when the Cuban national baseball team played the United States in Millington, Tennessee.

Fernández also pitched for Holguín in the Cuban National Series.
